4.4 V8 2005 D3 which bank
Can any of you gurus confirm for me which is bank one on the 4.4 V8 in my D3 I would have put money on it being the drivers side but having just gone to order a part the main stealer says it is on the passenger side. From the conversation in the background I think they are guessing " well it's the passenger side in the diesel" being overheard.
Any help appreciated

A bank drivers side B bank passenger.

Thank you for the info. Then I am guessing A bank is Bank 1 which would match up with what my old and fading memory was telling me.

I concur, bank A or bank 1 is driver's side on the D3. Is the other way round on the D2 though, which is what your 'dealer' is maybe confusing.
