Kia have been doing this for a while. I would be careful showing people that as somebody could authorise the £56.10 charge for you Cheers Ian

When I used LR dealers for servicing they used to send these to me too. All lovely and cuddly to make the customer feel that they're getting great service. Of course, the actual work they did on the vehicle was poor quality and usually ended up needing remedial work done! 2 years on I'm still finding things that they messed up.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

mine was 1minute plus long where some dude shown my car on the lift, then front suspension and pointed to therear diff and was so skilled he measured tread depth with his index finger to be spot on 9.5 mm
they lost bits and pieces from underbody protection they had to remove screatched the bonnet and have not much improved the car after all
as stated waste of time although this video is pretty pro

Guess it is a lot more beneficial when there is a problem to show you before they ask you for large sums of money, had a couple of videos from dealer showing a few faults
