Is the rotary spring (clock Spring?) with the heated steering wheel harness? Is compatible with the Discovery 4 (MY2011)?

If I'm not wrong the P/N for the clock spring is LR018556 (old P/N YRC500080)

1. on the site the heated sterring wheel car side connector (2 way black and violet cables connector)
