EPB button a bit stuck

So my D4 2010 has trouble engaging the EPB. This is not mechanical and I am pretty sure it is down to the amount of gunk on the actual EPB button next to the gear stick. Any recommendations as to how to get this fixed? Can of air?

I had an issue with mine which cleared for a short while with some contact cleaner. However......... it eventually got replaced during the EPB saga I had back in November Censored . Christmas got cancelled Laughing

Oh no! I took out the centre console and gave the parking brake area a good blow and tried my best to get the muck out of the area. It seemed to work and now works fine. I couldn’t find my can of air but that would have been optimal. It was just the contact pads covered in crap.
