I have an onging problem, which I will have to go to the dealer with. The age old brake lamp failure. I upgraded to LED's a little while back, but never noticed the offside light had failed.
I've checked all the usual , connections, damage on holder and cables, but can't see anything.
Any suggestions??
I now this is a topic that has been discussed, but I can only find reference to lamp changes rather than fixes.

After any failed globe failure, I noticed one of the brake lights was noticeably brighter than the other. Over voltage could explain blowing globes.
Dealer is going to look at it when it goes in. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€
