EPB squealer, EPB stuck on release Cheat

TazDaz wrote:
also thanks to Andrew for showing me how to 'release' the EPB that got stuck a few times

Whilst at the Boughrood track this weekend TazDaz got an EPB squealer and his EPB stuck on. He proceeded to get his tool kit out to fix the problem as per handbook instructions. I presumed that everyone new the ‘cheat’ especially handy when stuck at a set of lights. This works most times.

Turn off engine select P if auto, apply foot brake, push and hold EPB switch/lever down, turn ignition on, wait for system check to cycle, start engine, release EPB switch/leaver. The EPB should have now released. Thumbs Up
In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

's wot I was always doing - didn't know it could get stuck on.
If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!
