Door aperture trim

Can anyone help? Please see the photo, what's the correct name for this trim and is there alternatives to the mega priced LR part? Essentially, its a rubber door trim with felt coating. It must be common not only to LR right?

Any help would be much appriciated

Take it off and and move it round i.e. Put the "A" pillar part to the "B" pillar.
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Thanks for the reply's, trouble with removing it and just moving around the aperture, is I have wear on both sides of the plastic covering, meaning that one of the worn areas will just move further up the side.
I might be interested in a used one if its black and better than what I currently have? Could you take a photo?
