Fitting a D4 rear bumper

I've picked up a cheap D4 bumper to fit to my D3 and wanted to know if it will fit straight on or not.

Ok thanks. Any pointers on how to make the D4 sensors work on the D3? Some kind of conversion loom or do I need to fit the D3 sensors in to the D4 bumper?

2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Cairns BlueDiscovery 3

Most posters re-use the D3 sensors however the sensor outer holder on the D3 is smaller than the D4 type. Because of this you'll need to glue the D3 sensor holder in place on the D4 bumper, let everything cure and then fit + install the sensors and bumper. Mods:
Front Fogs + Halos
FBH Remote Control
The 1st Ever RRS Modded Grill
Garmin Nuvi + D4 Surround + Reversing Camera.
D4 Steering Wheel.
Rear Boot Spoiler.
Twin Brake Lights.
Wing Mirror Indicator Repeaters.
Long Roof Rails

On closer inspection the D4 sensors sit flush so I'd like to use those. If I find a D4 loom for the parking sensors will it fit on the D3?

Have read on various posts that the Range Rover sport uses the same sensors at the rear and this loom might work https://www.powerfuluk.com/vehicles/range-...-loom.html

If your D4 rear bumper already has D4 parking sensors and loom fitted it will plug straight into your D3
The connectors are the same

Brilliant. That's exactly what I was hoping for, it's a complete bumper in the right colour with sensors but no loom. I'll source a D4 loom and based on what you have said it's plug and play Very Happy
