Discovery 4 HsE v gs
Looking at a a couple of these at the moment and wondered what everyone else would choose
Am looking at
A 2010 HsE 117000 6 speed
And a 2011 gs 110000 8 speed no toys satnav or leathers
Both are roughly the same money about 12kDisco 3 gone but not forGotten

Also... isn’t the GS with a 2.7 l engine - so same as D3..? Perhaps that changed in later model years. The HSE is on a 3.0 liter for sure.

I’ve driven the 6 speed in a D4 for 27k miles, an 8 speeder for about 120 miles so obviously I’m in a good position to judge.
But I’d miss all those extras, heated everything, decent seats, and whatever else I can’t think of. Apart from the satnav, that truely is dire and no different from my 06MY D3 HSE. Truely rubbish.
