the idea has it's merits BUT … … time and effort to make it plus the size and clumsiness factor, I don't think this would have got any support on Dragons Den.

How do you get the insert to return? It's not attached to the bolt as far as I can see. Also, it will all go very rusty and stick. Not to mention a 13mm spanner would be a lot smaller. 1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8
