3rd row usb
Hi
Wish to sort out iPad connections for my grandkids in the 3rd row
Know I’ve seen some piccies but can I find them can I hell
Assume the easiest way is to connect to the boots 12v outlet point , might as well do both sides so my grand son and grand daughter each have there own power point , would that be ok to do running both sides off that one outlet plse
Plus I’m pretty sure there no power point in the middle row
Wish to fit the usb points in the boot side panel in the tray bit , know there’s no point fitting the headphone module as none of the wiring is there and mine is the base model
have you seen some of the "power panels" folks have made from the near-side cubby cover ? IIRC Andy Foster was one of the folks doing this..

Hi
Yes thks , seen the side panels ones, it’s the top panel ones I’ve seen somewhere but for the life of me can’t find them
Also a daft question if i may please , is there such a thing where a usb gauge can automatically change its voltage according to what’s plugged in plse
Noticed a lot of then are 5v 1.2 and 2.1 amps
Where the top of the side boot locker I thought of putting 2 x usb gauges either side, think they would only need power points
Know mine being a base model haven’t got the Hi line radio so no point doing the headphone mod etc
Have upgraded the 3rd row lights to Led , have wondered about dvds in the headrests for movies but don’t know what kind of player I would need , would be good if a simple PlayStation worked
Thks again

Just get the highest output you can, which is 12 watts or 2.4 amps. A device will only ever draw what it needs, or its smart capabilities will permit. All are 5 volt. This would do it.
