Quick question: what does your spare wheel winch nut look like?
The manual shows a hex-type nut, but the one in my car is round with a small hook-type opening, and whatever is required to turn it is missing from the toolkit --

Emptying the back, removing the slide floor, tipping the seats, etc is pants. So I made an adaptor to fit the triangle hole that takes a 22mm socket and drive it with a 1/4" extension through a little hole in the sliding floor an down between the seat. Makes dropping spare a lot easier!!A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.

I think I chucked out the handle with the Jack as I am pretty sure the handle had failed too !.
Now I am the proud owner of these "improved" winches that have a hook instead of a nut that you can put a socket and ratchet on, does anyone have any other ideas of what can be used to turn it ?.
