IID tool not got heated seats working (error shows).
Hi all,
Just went into CCF to switch heated seats on.
Initially iy said "Upload failed", but then showed them as switched on.
The buttons on the HVAC panel now work, but the seats don't get hot.
I get the error shown below.
Now, even though the IID shows as "on" for heated seats, did it not do it properly as it said "Upload failed".
Or os it that my leater electric seats are not heated?

I’m not sure if D4 seats are the same as D3 seats but on a D3 if you look underneath the seat on the base there is a circular hole in the centre of the base, on seats with heated the wires come out that hole.

is it possible, via the iiD tool, to change how long the heat stays on with the seats?
I've got a bad back so often put the heated seat on - but too soon it clicks off.
can I lengthen the time before that happens?formerly Disco3Ben
