As above looking at the recall it out lines the recall as a cheak and replacement of the booster master cylinder and moddfied pipe surely if it has been carried out correctly there should be no chance of the servo being filled with oil? Looking at my car this evening the booster has oil in it and also they don't appear to have replaced the booster or master and the part number don't match the recall and appear to be very early part numbers although the hose to the booster appears to have been replaced as its stamped 2009 has anyone has success with getting le to replace these under warranty after su h a long time

Mine didn't even have the first recall done and they refused to do it.
I just replaced it myself rather than going through the fight with LR/dealer. Black 05 TDV6 HSE Auto
Grey 05 TDV6 HSE Auto (Gone)
54 TDV6 SE Man (killed by me  )
