Who/what did this!!
Parked my Disco in the RUH Bath main car park at 07.30 this morning when very few other vehicles were about . Came back to a full car park 2 hours later and found my bonnet looking like this😡😡😡 I find it strange that the bonnet has been damaged but no damage to the side. I reported it to the hospital’s security but allegedly no CCTV or interest on their part. If I wasn’t in a busy open air car park I would think malicious damage with a metal bar!!

Ouch!
Any trucks loading in the area? We got a similar gouge across the bonnet of the Sprinter from the back door of a truck. Big doors in high winds can easily get away from the driver. ☹️

That work van at the back of the photo ? Other contractors on site could be a clumsy kids didn’t catch the ladder off the van roofMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes,pads,callipers,flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

can you be sure it wasn't like that before you went in....had similar on mine parked on my drive...lump of cement from roof gulley fell...…….plenty storms arond

the dent is too linear to be a lump of falling mortar etc so it looks like a pole or similar has been dropped down on it somehow2011 D4 XS 305 MY12 - gone but not forgotten

Looks malicious to me, sorry to say. No scratches just one hit impact at a slight angle like you'd get if swinging something straight down onto it.
