Finally got a new oil pump and cam belt fitted today, no more worrying about revving it up or indeed starting it. A lot cheaper than I thought, a big thanks to Andy’s Landy’s.

£500. Really knowledgeable guy, took it to him when I bought it for a check over and service, because I didn’t know if the belt had been changed. The belt had been done but he said it was running on an original pump and suggested it would be best to change. Took me nearly a year to get round to though.
