Works for me, but I've got an authorised repairer account as I work for JLR.
Have you rebooted your computer and cleared the cache? 1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8

I had the same issue earlier this week. In the end I fired an email to LRSup, and they unblocked the account. I then did another password reset and all was fine.
I just wish you were able to download the whole file as one PDF, but I guess they saw that one coming!
It gets expensive.

I bought a days access on Friday, and downloaded what I needed as PDF files
Are you saying I should still be able to view wiring diagrams despite my subscription expiring? Can’t get into them now, says access denied.
I have to say it’s a great system and easy to follow once you have worked it out, but damn expensive. Unfortunately if you want to be able to go into any sort of detail with the electronics, it’s essential.

No.
What I do is buy 24hr access for the info I need. Then at the end of the day or that evening, download everything else that may be useful for info, tightening torques, diagnostic info etc
Saves then having to pay for access again My D3 Build Thread

I'm guessing that lots of organisations like JLR are tightening up their systems access from the outside world significantly because of the current political situation. I doubt any will admit it but security is top of most IT agendas but it is. Easier to switch off most access and then wind back the level of controls as people can't get in and complain.

I’ve had signing in problems with ToPix over the past two weeks, not recognising passwords. I got the Helpdesk to reset and promptly had problems again on at least half a dozen occasions, resetting the password each time only to fail.
My theory is and I might get shot down in flames for this, reset your password and leave it a couple of hours before signing in again. It worked for me.

You used to be able to save it to a PDF file off the top of my head?
