P0630 after new instrument cluster

I have new instrument cluster have swapped the 35080 chip over and car won’t start millage is correct now but cut will not start any pointers please cheers
Has fault code of p0630 vin not programmed or incompatible
 Disco 3 gone but not forGotten
Welcome disco 4
Flappy paddles working from gap
Heated steering wheel done
Bluetooth iPod connection done
Xeon lights (facelift) done
Afs retrofit done
Logic 7 retrofit done
Armrest fridge
Facelift rear lights
Retrofit High beam assist done
Genuine 22” Range Rover sport alloys
Retrofit acc (gave up not possible)
retrofit tpms done
Retrofit Range Rover lcd digital dash. Done
Retrofit blind spot assist done

Hi

Not 100% but doesn’t the vin number have to match what’s stored on the ECM , so u make a file from the old instrument panel and transfer it over to the new one

Which I assume is what the fault code is saying

Apologises but doubt that’s not much help

I thought by changing the chip that the vin is stored on it as well as millage and immobilizer codes
Well that’s how it is on a d4 cluster anyway

No mate all I done was changed the chip over from old one to new one as that’s all I had to do on my d4 when I put in the lcd dash didn’t have to do anything else
