hi all i'm new to this forum just logged in to tell you about a product called "WAX BLASTER" i used it when i first bought my disco and it worked a treat. I bought it from motorgeeks website i'm not too sure if they ship to oz but if you canget hold of some it'll do the job.
Not missing my R32 too much

I have not read the whole discussion but hey, buy some silicon liquid (any spare accessory or valet shop will have) & hey presto, it cleans & brings up all the black plastic surfaces & even tires like new, & I mean NEW! Ren Colyn

As an ocd ( obsessive car detailer) with many hours of car and man one to one time under my belt, A decent jet washer with 140 bar with a fan shape will remove the wax residue perfectly. Nout else will remove it from the plastic grain, only cover it! Then a good wipe over with wd40 or turtle wax black polish.
Perfect again! Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer

As does BLACK WOW !
Applied in the spring and retains its propelling sheen all through the winter and genuinly does make the arches look as new ! Only dead fish go with the Flow !
