| Permanent Fault Code Clearing |

Hello everyone,
My sunroof was left open and water got into the electric parking brake switch. I dried the area and replaced the switch, tested the connections, and cleared the code. Now I have a Blinking Red Brake light on the dash and an Amber one as well. I tried clearing it again with my Autel but it is now a permanent fault code. 
Any thoughts on clearing this code before taking it to the dealer?
