Body off d3 auto

Hi my d3 2.7 tdv6 needs the turbo sorting and rear brake pipes need doing, I’d also like to protect the hchassis and underbody, I’ve read the guide for removing the body on here but it’s for a manual, I’m a mechanic by trade so it doesn’t scare me but a few pointers would be nice, thanks in advance
