Nearest you will find is a RC model body and separate chassis from another RC model, there are a few G4 RC models on eBay that are listed as spares or repairs. These might be a start if your good at doing your own moulding and cutting of plastic and, worth a look around, I’m sure there would be a model enthusiast ready to help.

I didn’t think of that route.
The reason I was asking was that my 7yr old step son is obsessed with my Disco and I thought it would be a nice ‘bonding’ session to build an exact model of mine, your suggestion means he can possibly drive it too!
