Hi guys,
Looking for a clutch kit for my D3. Had a look on advanced factors, it’s £580 with discount however I can buy one off ebay for £450. Would you buy it? It’s made by the same people LUK but I know sometimes things on ebay are fake

Just looking for the best price as I’ve spent a fair bit recently

Looking at the listing, feedback and the fact that they have been Ebayers since 2005 I personally would be happy to buy from them.
I have no doubt that the item is genuine LUK which is original, LR factory build stuff.
You could send them a PM and see if they will give a bit more discount ...If you don't ask, you won't get !!
As clutch specialists, they probably buy more than the parts suppliers and therefore buy them in at a lower price. Relocated to Mid France from N. Wales March 2021

As Chris x says Google them.
I wouldn't consider them & would buy from Advanced Factors who have an excellent reputation.
I have often bought from them & they have always been 100%.

With ebay it is always good practise to look at the sellers information and than buy direct.
Yes you can argue exact percentages but ebay will take 8-10% plus paypal taking about 2-3%. Some sellers add that money onto their normal retail price.
I have contacted ebay sellers direct before now and got the non ebay inflated price. If I do not I do not care because the seller is making some extra money rather than ebay.
