Metal Monster Junk
I ordered a Torque converter for my D3 MY 2008 from Metal Monster Junk.
After a lot of trouble it finally arrived.
Mechanic installed it it it seems to work fine.
After even more trouble a return shipment of my old TC was arranged.
Have a confirmation that it arrived safely.
Now the big problem is that the refund £ 75 is not paid to me.
I have sent many e mails, I have talked to Bob and other persons in the company, but no money.
So this is my experience of Metal Monster Junk.
What to do?
Have someone else had problems with them?

Did you get what you paid for?
And was what you got OK?

Hope this gets sorted - I had MMJ do the front end to my Discovery and can only leave positive feedback from them.

I see MMJ are not listed as a forum sponsor and I would've assumed that in the past they would have been, in order to sell goods/services on this forum.
Last post from them was 20th June 17
Don't know what that says, just flagging it up.

Looking at both their ebay and Google reviews it seems that whilst they generally perform well they do have their critics, especially with regard to refunds. I suspect this may go with the territory when dealing with second hand parts?Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

Looks like they re-gistered on the forum.
The original user name was Metal Monster Junk.
Then more recently (Oct 17) they've re-registered as MMJ-D3 (with just 22 posts to-date).
And they're not listed as a sponsor under the 'sponsor' listings.
