Up the creek without a jack!

Just realised I have no jack or tools in my car. Does anyone know what the standard tools are for a disco 4 2010 gs. Also can I change space saver wheel for a proper one??

I have a spare full jacking and tool kit that comes with the scissor jack of death, wouldnt use it myself but if you pay the postage you can have it.
I keep a D2 jack in the car and a trolley jack at home.
I also swapped the space saver for a full sized alloy that fits the well no problem

I would never use those Jack's. I had a vw t5 and the nylon thread went luckily I put the spare wheel under the van so it didn't fall completely. Thanks for the info. I'll get a d2 one thanks.

yes, most people buy the red land rover bottle jack (e.g off ebay)
There are 2 poles that are used to operate it too.

Alternatives are merc van bottle jacks.

I used the 2nd battery box as a store for the D2 jack

Made a holder from expanded foam to hold it tightly
