Per the Vehicle Dynamic Suspensions operations guide, a single height sensor failure should not prevent movement, only refined operations like leveling on uneven surfaces or cross-link articulation. Multiple sensors failures will put the vehicle on bump stops. If you have a secondary problem with a single height sensor failure, perhaps related to your repair, it might prevent raising/lowering.
