Hi not been on here lots but read everything that’s posted
But the fun has had to end wife has MS and is finding it harder and harder to get into the D3 so it’s had to go I’m not happy about it but needs must 😡
Staying with a Land Rover and getting a Freelander 2 that wife can get into it was that or new wife 😂😂😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Sorry to hear that Alex. Best wishes to your wife.

Man maths would agree - a FL2 is cheaper than a new wife Rolling with laughter

the FL2 is just a 3/4 size D3/D4 but with no worries about cranks and compressors and manifolds and theft and huge bills (bills can still be a bit big as its a LR Laughing )

Joking aside, the FL2 is a worthy successor to downsize to, and im one of many speaking from experience and still on this forum. There is also the FL2 forum (freel2.com) which also has plenty of good info and good guys.

Hope the wife is ok as can be, Thumbs Up

Would a Llams kit or one of the other kits that can be installed to custom raise and lower the D3/4's past the factory specs - ie. to the bump stops if required, help in your case, or is it an ergonomic thing? One of my best friends wife has MS and she can only go in certain cars.
