As per the title-is there anywhere in kent I can get the software patch to remove EGR on a 2009 disco 3?

I have found a couple of places that will remap and delete - they suggest it might not need blanking doing it this way as long as the valves can close properly?
I’ve searched the forum and still can’t fathom the best way?
Any advice appreciated.
