The starter cranks but the engine does not crank > LR3 V8

Good morning all.

My LR3 V8 2005 does not start.
The starter cranks but the engine does not crank.
I checked all the fuses related to the start, the fuel supply and the ignition coils, everything is good.
I checked the ignition relay, it works too.

I looked at the IIDTOOL error codes:
B1B02-28
B1BA0-66 (this one only appeared once)

I also got a "low key battery" message.

Thank you in advance for your help, I don't know what to look for anymore.

Here are the additional tests I performed.

There is no fuel getting to the engine.
The engine starts with the "start pilot"
With the IIDTOOL, I did a "priming the pump" but nothing to do.

Still no error code related to the fuel pump.
I think either an electrical problem with the pump, or the "tank > engine" fuel circuit clogged somewhere.

I confirm that the pump is out of order, it does not turn when I connect it directly to 12V.
Otherwise 5 hours to remove the tank because of the clips of a super hard hose to remove and a screw holding the metal hull which contains the completely rusted tank. Without these two concerns I would have taken 3 hours.
Go to the dealership on Monday to order the pump.

Continuation of my adventure.
After browsing the internet and Youtube I have a video where the guy only changed the pump. So I looked for a compatible pump and found one. The only imperative was that it be compatible with Ethanol gasoline because in France I drive with that and I think that's what accelerated the death of the original pump.
I still have to receive the tank seal and I proceed with the reassembly.

I made a short video explaining the change.
