Low fuel rail pressure

Hi,

New to the group, hope every one is well,

Discovery 4 2016 decided to quit the other day. Felt very much a fuel issue.

Reading post on here found robbies guide which is great.

Currently I’ve tested the pump at the fuse. That’s 11amp.

I want to empty the tank of fuel after testing the pressure. He mentioned the relay but didn’t elaborate on that. Any advice welcome.
