Air Suspension Connector Identification and how to seperate

Anyone know which of these would be the connector to the rear height sensor (C0391) ?
And also how to separate from C0377 without causing considerable damage. Everything thats plastic i touch seems to turn to dust at the moment...trying to trace a height sensor fault
