New LR4: Motor Noise Identification Help

Hi all,

i am close to signing a purchase contract on a LR4 HSE MY09 with 110k KM. Car is in great condition and the timingbelt was just replaced as well as some fixes to the air suspension that.

When I inspected the car I heard some ticking / clicking motor noise - maybe i am just paranoid and everything sounds normal. I read something about hydraulic valves that make that kind of noise...

Could someone maybe listen to the this video and tell me if the motor sounds normal or if there is a issue?

Anything you have doubts about ,give it a miss is my philosophy ! Those doubts will multiply . That engine does not sound right. Is it 3l or 2.7l ?
