D4 suspension bongs

D4 2012
Every now and again the suspension bong comes up - max speed 30 mph and then it goes back to normal ride height. Every now and then the dreaded triangle comes up and the suspension drops to its lowest point, on the rubbers. It then resets itself 95% of the time.
Front upper and lower arms were replaced last year and this issued occurred after that.
Can anyone tell me from the IID tool screen shot below where exactly the issue lies. Thanks
Tyre pressures are all ok.
