Drive shaft CV joint oil leak

Good evening all, I was having a look under my car today & noticed a leak around the CV joint Diff area (pictures below). Is this a seal I can change or is it on the shaft? The picture is of the RHS of the vehicle.
Thanks for your help

Very hard to see what you mean from the pics, as the oil appears to be clear?

Oil can only really come from the diff itself, need to check the level as front diff only holds 0.8 litres.

Looks like the seal has failed, there not expensive and availible from Advance Factors
I would also suggest checking the breather hose is clear if its blocked ir kinked the seal will go again.

if this is the front i would be checking the diff breather thats located on the o/s front between the rad and headlight,i just cut the top off the plastic pipe heard the vacuum escape when i did it then just rerouted the pipe as to not allow water to get in
been fine for the last 5 years
 please excuse any grammer/punctuation mistakes,i'm thick,thankyou
