armrest cover

Is it possible to remove the leather cover/trim from an arm rest.
My plastic frame is damaged at the base where it connect to the seat.
Could maybe be easier to just find a base or a armrest with a different color of the cover/trim and reuse the old cover/trim.

If this is possible how can I remove the cover/trim from the base? Discovery 3, MY2008, TDV6 Auto, G4 Tangiers Orange
