I shudder just thinking about Bognor these days. Dad had bought a place on the Aldwick Bay estate, a couple of doors away from the late Earl Spencer's weekend retreat. All very middle class, middle aged, middle of the road at 40mph. Rolling Eyes

Being an angst-ridden teenager at the time all I had to offer to the local denizens was my middle finger Twisted Evil

Moving to Bournemouth when I was 18 was an eye-opener after all that beige Thumbs Up

An eye opener?!! That must have been like being dumped into the Playboy mansion! Christ, to think I had to drive to Bournmouth from Southampton when I was 18! Ahh, them was the days. What was that giant club called? I remember getting home as the birds sang on many Sunday mornings. Normally, it wasn't the one with me at the time though!! Rolling with laughter Hang on, more like Big Cry

I did manage to get a moderate amount of shagging done Mr. Green

You thinking of "The Venue" at Tower Park or "Clouds/Zig-Zags" in Bournemouth?

Yes, that was it; The Venue! What a cracking night that used to be! And Clouds too! I've actually woken up on the beach once or twice during those crazy, hazy days in the summer of '89, 90, 91....What a crazy cheesy quaver I was. Laughing

Ah, the late 80s/early 90s Embarassed

Sounds like you and I were going to the same places at around the same time. Shame most of my photo's from that time seem to have vanished Whistle
