Is it right that on a dec04 D3 HSE, the only window on the drivers window switches that is actually a 'one touch' open/close is the drivers window, and all the rest you have to keep the button pressed ???
or am I going mad.....

I think it came about due to excessive complaints from passengers wearing flat caps and/or syrups who frequently had to turn back and retrieve their additions from hedges , hardshoulders , opentop buses and the like

Can it be retrofitted to an '08? (for the rear windows)... Amazing that the D3 doesn't have it and my VW Jetta does.

I researched this same retrofit a while back for my 05. I found a thread on Land Rover World where a few people had asked their dealers to 'upgrade' their window switches to 'one-touch'. For the 06 and 05 models the dealers said it was not possible because the 'one-touch' window operation was originated in the ECU, and therefor not possible. .
