The warranty person at my stealer hadn't even heard of the seat base problem, and I found her taking photos of the material . I gave her a print out of the TSB, which was news to her! Even LR head office have been avoiding admitting that any of the problems on my D3 are well known, and I ended up in an email ping pong with the Customer [bad] Experience Centre. I suppose there's no point replacing the airbag until they change the design, but to be honest I can see exactly what they need to do to prevent the curling up at the edges, but seeing as it would need an expensive mould tooling mod I suppose they are trying to avoid having to.
