Took delivery of my 2009 LR3 V8 HSE yesterday.
I confess to still harbouring some doubts about general reliability issues but just avoided going across to the "Dark Side" and cancelled my order for Audi Q7. Time will tell if I made the right decision.....

Did they not invite Honda?
ISTR in the mid 80s when Ford & BL were producing laughable 4 figure problems per 100 vehicles, Honda were close to single figures.
Honda were still at half of BMW's PP100 when the Gov't and Aerospace made the wise decision to sell Rover to the company which didn't understand them, rather than the one with which they had a long term relationship.
Now where's that thread about the Banking crisis being the Gov't's fault? I'm on a whisky diet. I've lost three days already.
