Just called Land Rover Customer Care and my local Enterprise outlet, both are not aware of any changes. In fact Enterprise are delivering a D3 out to a customer close to me this afternoon.
Avis has just won the BMW deal from Enterprise. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Is the LRA assistance on the £1200 extended warranty not the same as LRA in the 3 year warranty. I need to extend my warranty in December and won't bother if it is not the same as the factory LRA as I can get AA or RAC option much cheaper.
