1 Year Owner - Experiences to date
Overall I'm very pleased with the driving expereince and looks of the D3.
However I have had a few problems on the way including ;
Front Suspension failure - gas cycliner replaced - could not raise the front from access position although back end rose as normal. Pimp my ride !
Squeeky brakes when driving off - 2 visits to dealer - not yet resolved.
Wing mirrors not returning to normal position after reversing - again 2 visits to dealer.
Leather driving seat cushion losing it's shape (no I'm not a heavy bloke!) and starting to move away from backrest. Dealer recognises as a recorded fault and awaiting parts.
Wife keeps catching her heels on the 'runners' under the seats as not covered in protective plastic - will raise with dealer.
SatNav sometimes doesn't move or suggests I'm somewhere else !
Front light sealed unit was experiencing a lot of condenstaion after heavy rain / pressure wash - dealer sorted - no quibbles.
Just had it's first year / 15k service and was charged £406 - is this about right ?
I have to remember that the D3 is a new product and therefore open to some problems. So long as the dealer continues to sort it out without any arguments then I accept most of the issues to date.
Let me know if you have had other problems or what I should be looking out for in the future !!
Cheers

You don't say if this is fixed or not, but necessitates the changing of the seat memory module.

Seat not yet fixed although recognised by the dealer as a fault. Apparantely it's not the memory board but something more mechanical as the seat/cusion is actually lose. Thanks for your reply.

oops - sorry The dealer is waiting for some sort of part / update. This is the 3rd time this problem has been reported without success. Hopefully in the next few days / weeks I'll get it finally fixed.

The seat memory module needs to be replaced; it is a known fault, which cannot be software rectified.
