Hi can anyone let me know once I have pulled EPB CABLE can I switch jeep off and move to garage later or is there any chance she will lock up again? Probably stupid question but lack even basic knowledge on my new vehicle?

Once its pulled it has to be reset, so you can drive it but you won't have a park brake until its attended to
