United States 2005 LR3 4.4 V8 HSE Auto Java BlackLR3

When LR has made cosmetic changes in the past (FFRR - grill / head lamps) was it possible to put them on older model years (2006 FFRR to 2003 FFRR)? What about the DII? If it was (is) possible maybe LR will do the same for the D3 - 2010 parts fitting right on to previous models. .
