"Some say" ......... LR nicked and adapted the idea from mine.
I originally specced mine in 2004
[way before chrome mirror caps/handles and silver front were introduced]
I do know that my images were sent to LR marketing.
If I could think of anything intelligent, poignant or witty, I'd put it here !!!

It seems complicated to connect a towing hook. It looks as if you first have to remove on of these styling pack parts.
I can imagine lot of people like it, but it's not my taste. Some people get by
