Glad you liked it - great photograph and subject to start with!
I am insanely jealous that you get to work there every day - as a kid I watched Apollo and dreamed of being at KSC.
I did photoshop out the power poles as they were distracting - as were a few rocks on the concrete in the foreground.
I used levels to tweak the exposure, then converted to B&W and tweaked the contrast. (Works well on cloudy days)
Then I burned in some vignetting in the corners for more atmosphere.
All part of the tricks of the trade
Did the same set of actions for a shot of this Alfa on a rainy day in England

Very cool, I really need to spend some time with it. A guy I work with does a lot of nature photography, birds and stuff. He took a weekend class on photoshop basics with some magazine editor, and his stuff is comming out so much better.
Thats a great shot of the Alfa I wish they would come back our way. I herd rummors a few years ago....
