Clicking When Pulling Away on Full Lock |
|
Have noticed a clicking sound when pulling away on full right lock to right in standard height. Same does not happen in off road height and same does not happen when pulling away on full lock to left. Clicking noise appears to come from around wheel area on right hand side. Is it a drive/joint problem or is it ok? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is not the stop that needs greasing it could be the contol arm bushes on the way out. Mine made a noise on full lock and they didn't know what it was until the supension on that side started clunking. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Dab of grease on the steering stops will fix it.

No need for a grease gun, no grease nipples there, just use your fingers. Ren Colyn
