Genuine (but aftermarket) Bluetooth phone system.

Has been working fine for ages, but it appears to have hung. No response to pressing the buttons on the steering wheel. Does anyone know how to reset it? I think it has a back-up battery so I don't think disconnecting the car battery will do any good...

Thanks,

John

Mine hung once (but in an on state) on my last D3, battery disconnect fixed it. It doesn't have any sort of backup battery that I know of

Brill - thanks.

Anything to be aware of when disconnecting battery... in a sort of "don't forget to" type manner!? Embarassed

Just make sure it's 'gone to sleep' first, wait until the park brake light has gone off before disconnecting

Or pull the cigaret lighter fuse. It is probably connected along that fuse.
