Hi, i'm new to the forum and need some new 19" year-round boots for my HSE and was wondering what your thoughts were. I occasionally venture off-road but nothing severe (green lanes mainly), see the odd bit of snow but again nothing severe and rarely drive on motorways. My zero's are now ready for the bin and I'd be grateful for any help please.

Forgot to mention that my spare is an unused Wrangler HP but I have no idea if these are any good and worth sticking with.

I'm in the same position (although on 18" wheels) and getting close to putting on a full set of Pirelli ATRs.
£600 all in at local KwikFit
Scorp zeros were execellent but I need something that'll last a bit longer.

cheers for the link guys.
must admit i'm getting drawn towards the Vredestein Wintrac 4's having read the threads, they look to be a good all round option and hopefully reasonably capable on the odd venture off road. MT/R's look great but could be a bit too off-road biased for my needs.

Go with the Pirelli ATR excellent tyre.Have had them fitted since January paid £520 all in from Kwik-fit when thay had there 30% discount offer on.

Good point, its a full size so worth a few quid but I have put 4 Verdsteins on this week and actually replaced the spare as well but.......................the Verdesteins are directional tyres. You can't swap side to side only front to back so i just hope if I do need to use the spare it is set for the side it is directionally set for otherwise i need to go back to garage.
Lesson learnt. Check if the tyre you decide on is directional, if directional i would keep the full size spare you have and if one goes you can still use the car and buy a tyre and have it fitted.
My lesson learnt means a fellow disco3 member is buying a full size wrngler very cheaply
