the cradle from the previous gen ACM works fine with the current one and Ipod touch, I used one for this mod: http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic34083.html?highlight=
but I don't believe the touch/ipohone will work in an unmodified cradle as the top clip fouls the power button ( on the touch anyway ) and theeeeennn......???
