It really depends on which direction you are trying to stop feedback and for what reason. For ground loops it is not too bad, but for higher voltage applications it is harder and more expensive.
We design professional broadcast kit and a lot of what we have to worry about is any affect our kit may have further down the chain rather than stuff coming in. In the case of the Chinese Olympics our kit got hit by lightning, which was costly. Please support Hearing Dogs for the Deaf. They make a difference.
